Liz Bortolotto has danced professionally with Sol Flamenco, Mark Taylor Flamenco, Flamenco Arts, and Los Cuatro Vientos Flamenco. She began her training at Flamenco Arts in Santa Rosa, continued with Phoebe Vernier of La Fibi Flamenco, and most recently with award winning choreographer and dancer Yaelisa of Caminos Flamencos in San Francisco. During that time, Liz has also studied annually with Jose Galvan of the famous Galvan family in Seville, Spain. Liz has also taken a number of workshops with notable flamenco artists such as La Tania, Joaquin Ruiz, Antonio Granjeros, Belen Maya, Pastora Galvan, and Felix De Lola.

Liz lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and two children, Nina and Mitch.
